The cookies that your own customers set through our SaaS service are your responsibility — for those we act as a technical hosting partner, not as a data controller. 1. What are cookies?

Cookies are small text files that are stored in your browser when you visit a website. They help the site remember user preferences, analyse visits and sometimes make advertising more relevant.

We distinguish between:

2. Which cookies we place

2.1 Functional (always active)

We use Google Analytics 4 via our own server-side tagging. GA4 uses the following cookies:

Data is processed server-side via sst.serverside-support.nl, stays within the EU, and cannot be traced back to individual persons without additional data.

2.3 Marketing (consent required)

With Google Ads campaigns the following cookie may be set:

3. Third-party cookies

Our tag-manager configuration (Google Tag Manager) is loaded via our own tracking subdomain sst.serverside-support.nl, so technically as first-party. Google may, however, receive server-side data (in accordance with their own privacy policy).

On your first visit, the banner asks for consent for non-functional cookies. You can change your choice at any time by deleting cookies in your browser and revisiting the site.
